Gil Martin is the Estate Manager at Belmont, a regenerative estate just outside of Bristol with a mission of environmental restoration and the reconnection of people with nature, food, and themselves. Belmont aims to inspire community connection, restore biodiversity, and tackle climate change through nature-recovery and connection projects, rewilding, regenerative agriculture and outdoor shared experiences. Gil’s extensive career managing farms and estates across the country plus working for conservation NGOs such as the National Trust has led him to oversee Belmont’s ambitious plans for ecosystem restoration.
