A limited number of early bird tickets are available until 17th May 2024. Our full price tickets will be £175 for one day or £290 for both days of the Expo.

Group discounts & unwaged participants

Ecosystems Knowledge Network aims to keep the price of tickets as low as it can for everyone, while also meeting the event costs and protecting its year-round charitable work. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer further discounts for participants based on the type of organisation they belong to. However, if you would like five tickets or more for a group of staff from the same organisation, get in touch for discounts via conference@ecosystemsknowledge.net. Likewise, if you are unwaged or belong to a voluntary group, get in touch with us.

Terms and conditions

Payment

1. All delegate places must be paid for by 24^th June 2024 using a credit or debit card accepted by our payments system (Stripe). If your employer does not permit you to use a credit or debit card, you may request to pay by bank transfer but this will incur a £25 charge due to the administrative time involved. All payments by bank transfer must be received either by 21^st June 2024 or within the 30-day terms as stated on our invoice, whichever is sooner.

2. Please note that failure to pay within these terms may result in cancellation of the booking and payment will be due in full.

3. Ecosystems Knowledge Network reserves the right to amend the closing date of any early bird ticket offer.

Cancellations and refunds 

4. Delegates will receive a refund of any monies paid for your Nature Tech Expo ticket if the Ecosystems Knowledge Network receives written notification of cancellation on or before 31^st May, minus a £10 administrative charge. 

5. Delegates will receive a 50% refund of any monies paid for your Nature Tech Expo ticket if the Ecosystems Knowledge Network receives written notification of cancellation between 1^st June and 20^th June. 

6. Delegates will not receive any refund or credit of monies paid if cancellation is made on or after 21^st June 2024.

7. Delegates will not receive any refund or credit of monies paid if you don’t attend the event for any reason without cancelling in advance, in line with the terms above.  

8. In the event of industrial action that would impact the Nature Tech Expo, the Ecosystems Knowledge Network reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. The Ecosystems Knowledge Network is not responsible for refunding any monies paid towards your travel, accommodation, and other costs following a cancellation, so we would strongly recommend booking flexible or cancellable options for costs other than your ticket. 

9. In the event of a train strike or other industrial action that would impact the Nature Tech Expo being able to the held in person, the Ecosystems Knowledge Network reserves the right to move the Nature Tech Expo online. If the dates of the Nature Tech Expo remained the same, you would not be eligible for a refund outside of our standard cancellation terms and dates above.  

Transferring a booking 

10. Bookings can be transferred to another person within the same organisation up to 21^st June but must be done so at the relevant booking rate. Requests for name changes should be made via conference@ecosystemsknowledge.net.

11. Delegate places are not interchangeable during the Nature Tech Expo period i.e. delegate places cannot be shared between individuals.  If two individuals from an organisation wish to participate on separate days, they must each hold the appropriate ticket.

Your details 

12. The Ecosystems Knowledge Network will use your name and email address to send you announcements and updates about the Nature Tech Expo to ensure you have all the information you need to fully benefit from everything included in the programme. These emails will come directly from the Ecosystems Knowledge Network and will always be related to the Nature Tech Expo you have booked a ticket for.  

13. The Ecosystems Knowledge Network may send emails on behalf of Nature Tech Expo sponsors, exhibitors and supporters to share essential information with you about Nature Tech Expo benefits and exclusive opportunities provided by our sponsors that are included as part of your Nature Tech Expo ticket. These emails will always come direct from the Ecosystems Knowledge Network. We will never share your contact details with our sponsors, although we may be asked to facilitate introductions.  

14. We will share a delegate list for the Nature Tech Expo with other attendees prior to the Nature Tech Expo, to support with networking during the event. This will include the delegate’s name, job title, and organisation name but will never include contact details. There will also be the option to add your LinkedIn profile if you would like to. If you would prefer not to appear on the list, please contact conference@ecosystemsknowledge.net.   

15. By making a booking with the Ecosystems Knowledge Network you agree for your contact details to be held on our databases in accordance with our privacy policy. We may contact you in the future if we feel there are other Ecosystems Knowledge Network events or news that may be of interest to you, in line with our use of legitimate interest outlined in our privacy policy and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) statement.  

What is included 

16. Your Nature Tech Expo ticket includes full access to the in-person event on 25^th & 26^th June, including lunch and refreshments during both days. Passes for both days include free access to the evening social event on 25^th June. Passes for individual days don’t include the evening reception, but tickets are available for this as an add-on.

17. We plan to record some of the sessions taking place at the Nature Tech Expo, and will make these recordings available after the event.

18. Bookings made on or after 20^th June may involve a hand-written delegate badge. It may not be possible to include your name in the delegate list.

18. The Ecosystems Knowledge Network will make every effort to deliver the programme and timetable as described but reserves the right to make any necessary changes in order to maximise the learning and networking opportunity provided by this event. 

Security and safety 

19. At the Ecosystems Knowledge Network, we want to keep you safe at our events and make sure you have a great experience. If you have purchased a ticket and therefore agreed to these terms and conditions, you are agreeing to be respectful of others, of different opinions, different viewpoints, and experiences.  

20. We will have dedicated procedures in place at the Nature Tech Expo to ensure we are being as safe as possible in response to concerns about infection, depending on the situation and guidance at the time of the event. This may include sanitizing of spaces between sessions, dedicated routes in and out of spaces, and managing seating to allow for social distancing if it is needed. Please follow any guidance given by Ecosystems Knowledge Network staff, volunteers, agents and venue staff to ensure that we can protect everyone as best as possible, as and when it is needed. 

21. Ecosystems Knowledge Network does not accept responsibility for the safety of personal items brought into the venue.
