1. Important dates 

Hampshire Training Day: Monday 19 October 2026, 10:00am – 4:00pm
Shropshire Training Day: Wednesday 21 October 2026, 10:00am – 4:00pm

2. Payment options 

Pay securely via credit or debit card (Stripe). 

Bank transfer available upon request (+£20 admin fee). 

3. Cancellations and refunds  

50% Refund: Cancel more than 30 days before the event.

No Refund: Cancel within 30 days of the event.

You may transfer your ticket to a colleague at no cost, provided we are given 5 working days notice. 

4. Refund processing 

Refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method. 

5. Cancellation procedure 

Email your cancellation to events@ecosystemsknowledge.net with the subject line: 

“Ticket Cancellation – Gearing up for Nature Markets – 2026” 

6. Promo codes and membership validation

Discounted tickets are available to members of the CLA and the Society of Agriculture via a promo code. By using a promo code, you confirm that you are a current member of the relevant organisation. We reserve the right to validate your membership affiliation before or on the day of the training. If membership cannot be confirmed, we reserve the right to request payment of the difference between the discounted and standard ticket price.

7. Force majeure 

In case of events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters), we may reschedule, move the event online, or cancel. Refunds or transfers will be offered at our discretion. 

8. Ticket transfers 

You can transfer your ticket to a colleague up to 5 days before the event. 

Tickets cannot be shared between multiple people. 

9. Protecting information about you

The Ecosystems Knowledge Network will use your name and email address to send you announcements and updates about the Gearing up for Nature Markets 2026 training to ensure you have all the information you need to benefit from the course. These emails will come directly from the Ecosystems Knowledge Network and will always be related to the training you have booked a place on. We will share a list of the name, affiliation and job title of the trainees.

By making a booking with the Ecosystems Knowledge Network, you agree to your contact details being held on our databases in accordance with our privacy policy. We may contact you in the future if we feel there are other Ecosystems Knowledge Network events or news that may be of interest to you, in line with our use of legitimate interest outlined in our privacy policy and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) statement.

You may unsubscribe from future communications at any time by following the link in our emails or by contacting us directly. 

10. What’s included 

Your training place ticket includes full access to the course, including training materials, refreshments and lunch.

11. Accessibility needs 

If you have any accessibility requirements (e.g., mobility assistance, dietary restrictions, sensory accommodations), please let us know through the ticket booking system so we can do our best to support your participation. 

12. Late bookings 

We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements submitted later than five working days before the course date but cannot guarantee availability. 

13. Security and safety 

We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees. By purchasing a training place and participating in the course, you agree to: 

  • Treat all participants with courtesy and respect, regardless of their background, opinions, or experiences. 
  • Engage in discussions and activities in a constructive and considerate manner. 
  • Refrain from any behaviour that could be considered disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful. 
  • Follow safety instructions given by venue staff or organisers. 
14. Personal belongings 

Please note that the Ecosystems Knowledge Network cannot accept responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items brought into the venue. We recommend keeping valuables with you at all times and using any available secure storage facilities. 

15. Recording and photography 

You are welcome to take photos during the event (with the permission of others who may be visible). However, recordings of presentations or discussions must not be taken or shared on social media 

The organiser may take photographs of the event, and these may be used in Ecosystem Knowledge Network’s digital or print communications. If you would not like your image to be used in any promotional materials, please let us know via events@ecosystemsknowledge.net and speak to our staff upon arrival at the event.
